1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the ssbett website at ssbett.cam (the "Site") or using any ssbett mobile application, software, or service (collectively, the "Services"), you enter into a binding legal agreement with ssbett and affirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2 of these Terms. Your continued use of ssbett Services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as they may be amended from time to time. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of changes. Your continued use of ssbett Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions govern all aspects of your relationship with ssbett, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, bonuses and promotions, dispute resolution, and responsible gaming obligations. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or representations made by ssbett or its agents unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age upon request will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You represent that you are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and at all times when accessing ssbett Services. Online gambling is regulated by PAGCOR under Philippine law, and ssbett is licensed to offer gaming services exclusively to players within Philippine jurisdiction. You affirm that your use of ssbett Services does not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited or restricted in your location, you must not access ssbett Services. The Company is not liable for any violations of local laws arising from your use of the platform.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create an ssbett account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) ssbett account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings. The Company employs fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, IP address, device fingerprinting, payment methods, and other identifying factors. If multiple accounts are detected, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all transactions.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ssbett account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized, is your responsibility. You must immediately notify ssbett Customer Support of any suspected unauthorized access to your account. The Company is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ssbett accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other major Philippine banks), and such other methods as may be made available from time to time. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The Company reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

3.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your ssbett account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of illegal activity. The Company complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. ssbett reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party payment sources or from payment methods not registered in your name.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by ssbett Customer Support. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 2–24 hours during banking business days. The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership) before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending completion of identity verification procedures.

3.4 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method, ranging from ₱50,000 to ₱500,000. ssbett does not charge withdrawal fees, but third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, for which the Company is not responsible. Any fees deducted by payment providers will be reflected in the amount you receive. You agree to bear all costs associated with payment processing.

3.5 Wagering Requirements for Deposits

To comply with PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal, even if no bonus was claimed. For deposits accompanied by bonus offers, specific wagering requirements apply as detailed in the applicable bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting minimum wagering requirements may result in account review, withdrawal rejection, and potential account closure.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Loyalty Programs

4.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

ssbett offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament entries. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount), game restrictions (certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements), maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active (typically ₱100 per spin or hand), and expiration periods (typically 7 to 30 days from bonus activation). Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

Abusing bonuses or promotions, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, or employing automated betting systems (bots), constitutes fraud and is strictly prohibited. ssbett reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. The Company's decision regarding bonus abuse is final and binding.

4.3 Loyalty and VIP Programs

ssbett operates a loyalty program that rewards players with points for every peso wagered. Loyalty points can be redeemed for bonuses, free spins, tournament entries, and other rewards. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time without prior notice. Accumulated loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the ssbett platform.

5. Gameplay Rules and Game Integrity

5.1 Fair Gaming Commitment

ssbett is committed to providing fair and transparent gaming. All games offered on the platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and approved by independent auditing firms. Game outcomes are determined solely by RNG algorithms and cannot be influenced or predicted by ssbett or any third party. The Company does not guarantee wins or payouts and expressly disclaims any representation that gameplay will result in profit.

5.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue that affects game outcomes, ssbett reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and refund stakes to players. All payouts made as a result of malfunctions are void. If a malfunction results in incorrect payouts being credited to your account, you agree to notify ssbett immediately. Any funds erroneously credited due to malfunctions may be deducted from your account balance without prior notice.

5.3 Prohibited Gameplay Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets; colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes; exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain; engaging in fraudulent activity or money laundering; using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment; and any conduct that violates the spirit of fair play. ssbett employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify prohibited conduct and reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, freeze accounts pending investigation, and report suspected illegal activity to authorities.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the ssbett platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of ssbett or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ssbett Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any ssbett content without express written permission from the Company.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment

ssbett is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality checks. 7.2 Self-Exclusion

Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible — your account will be closed permanently and cannot be reopened. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before your account is closed.

7.3 Underage Gambling Prevention

ssbett operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. All players must be 21 years of age or older as required by PAGCOR regulations. We employ age verification procedures during registration and before processing first withdrawals. 9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Company does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use ssbett Services at your own risk.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ssbett and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ssbett Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. In no event shall the Company's total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited into your ssbett account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9.3 Third-Party Content and Links

ssbett may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

ssbett reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for account closure include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; providing false information during registration; suspected money laundering or illegal activity; abusive behavior toward ssbett staff or other players; and failure to provide requested verification documents. Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be forfeited if closure results from Terms violations. If closure is initiated by the Company without cause, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 30 days.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ssbett Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and ssbett, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Customer Support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action. ssbett complies with PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures, and you may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR for mediation.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and ssbett regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of ssbett. The Company may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice or consent.
